Carpenter\Repair Technician

Job Type:  Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive pay ($35,000 - $45,000).

​Primary Responsibilities:

•  Drywall, painting, and finish
  
• Rough (framing) and trim carpentry
  
• Flooring (laminates, tile, hardwoods)
  
• Window, vinyl siding, door installation
  
•  Emergency tarp offs and board-ups

Job Requirements:

• ​Hands-on structural repairs experience and general handyman skills.
  
• Possess and maintain a valid vehicle operator’s license.
  
• Have a clean driving record, be able to pass a background check, and drug test.
  
• Have own tools.
  
• Flexibility to work outside of "regular" business hours, if necessary.
  
• High school education or general education degree (GED).
  
• Ability to occasionally lift or move 50+ pounds.
  
• Have reliable transportation.
