Responsibilities:
· Use Xactimate software to profitably manage water, fire, and mold mitigation projects (residential and commercial properties).
· Meet and exceed company’s profitability targets.
· Put clients’ mind at ease that their property will be handled with the best of care.
· Communicate and negotiate with insurance claims professionals daily
· Estimate and manage our mitigation and repairs projects.
· Respond to property damage emergency calls in a timely fashion.
· Ability to communicate with a variety of customers including property owners, adjusters and property managers.
· Inspect properties for water damage and develop a detailed drying plan.
· Complete any necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilize moisture mapping software.
· Plan, organize, lead, manage both mitigation and repairs crews and subcontractors.
· Manage, supervise and train all company technicians.
· Establish and maintain client relationships.
· Work directly with Aresco’s estimators, sales and office staff.
· Perform additional duties required as needed.
Requirements:
· 3+ years’ experience within a project management role, preferably in the restoration/construction emergency service industry.
· 2+ years’ experience within the construction industry with reconstruction experience.
· Xactimate experience is a plus.
· IICRC, WRT/ASD and MRT certifications are preferred.
· Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detailed oriented person).
· Ability to recognize and solve problems independently.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated, responsible and accountable.
· Must be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

·IICRC certifications (current) in water, mold, carpet cleaning, smoke\odor, lead, fire including contents cleaning and inventory, and trauma.
·Excel at working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
·Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
·Ability to prioritize and multitask consistently.
·Possess and maintain a valid vehicle operator’s license.
·Have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test.
·Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
·EPA Lead Certified RRP. (Renovation, Repair, Painting Program).
·Exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism and the ability to work effectively with homeowners, agents, and adjusters associated with disaster restoration.
